Everyone knows about autism in young children?

Is KNO person of autism in children. My son thinks he doc is a little signs of autism. He is now 4 and juice begins to talk, but always in the range of about 1-3 years. It is sometimes hyper he doent return to phycis. Til June. Are there any good videos that could help him learn? He thpy speech. to pre-school and really hyperactive at home, sometimes I do wut KNO to do! Sometimes I cry I'm so tired of yelling at him and tell him to sit down cuz he knows wut it means.

Have him evaluated for autism by a qualified person (developmental pediatrician, psychiatrist, psychologist, neurologist, etc.) to your pediatrician can give you a reference. You can also contact your local school board for an evaluation that is no cost to you and to be able to receive early intervention services, but you would need a diagnosis from someone who is qualified as described above in order to receive treatment / services outside school. I'm leaving this link has wonderful resources to help you as the organizations / groups for parents of things for your son, as software you can free download and a variety of online / activities at home, a variety of games including games of speech activities help fine motor and gross – the development of cognitive functions, language skills of memory, and, and much more. I enumerate here, but Yahoo only allows 10 links and they have much more than that to offer you and you know which ones would be most useful to your son and yourself. http://graphicpieces.com/autresrce.html

Is it true that 90 percent of people with autism spectrum disorders are mentally disabled?

Except for the 10 percent? I looked disorders autism spectrum and he said almost all but 10 percent of people (TSA) have a mental disability. When I watched the news because I Autism Spectrum Disorder (they marked me as my IEP but they did not add anything such as mental retardation) I was shocked I always thought of myself as usual. But now that my mother told me that when I was 18 months old 8 months i cognitively behind so I thought has been challenged cognitively. I wondered how I catch my mental age? So now I feel bad on my car and I think I might have an IQ of 40 or something. So, I'm the only one who feels this way? I always had regular classes I was not in the special class where they ed to keep you in a room all day, I just wanted to let you know.

I think your information is incorrect. Most students ASD I had the pleasure to work with were at least average intelligence, many of which exceed the average IQ. I would say do not worry!

Our children do not sleep and we medication A new survey of child psychiatrists indicates that insomnia is a major problem in children in the treatment of mental health and at least one quarter of these patients receive medication for sleep. The survey results suggest that management of insomnia in this population is a common practice, although the clinical approach is very variable.
What are the effects of long-term interactive music therapy in young adults with severe autism?

I'm not looking for anything learned and want to read your comments on the topic

I can not really say much about young adults, but the music plays an important role in the life of my son 8 years (who has Asperger's). From what I read, it has been shown that children with autism have increased capacity in music (with high CPU and so on). From the time he was a toddler, my son could sit at our piano and to play what sounded like the music and not just childish hit. It is also amazing on drums. For him, it gives him an outlet and something to build self-esteem, because it is something he excels. My son is high functioning, but I really think it's worth trying all levels. With my son, I ignored the opinion that music therapy should be a trained and licensed one therapist. We intend send him lessons, but not until he was old enough to really benefit. In the meantime, we make him the experience to home with different instruments, and we are sure he is exposed to a wide variety of good music. If you just want to feel the ground without raising a lot of money to see that it is of no use, you may want to research what happens in the sessions Therapy and try to simulate some sessions at home just to see what the reaction will be. Or perhaps we could find a therapist willing to allow a day free trial.

using fish oil supplements in children with autism?

I heard a lot about giving children who have oil Fish autism. Someone else doing? Can you provide me with details on the type of oil you use, make and others. behaviors before giving the fish oil, and changes in behavior after? Ive been thinking from my 3 years old son on fish oil, but I am a bit Leary. ideas or advice is appreciated.

We give our autistic son. What do you distrust of? There is nothing wrong, but a HUGE increase. Think of cod liver oil as "brain food". It provides the child autism with the basics they need to heal and overcome the neurological damage. My chiropractor told me that if he could only give a supplement to his children, he would be the cod liver oil. Their are dozens of studies that confirm that it is unmatched in value brain development. It's good for the cardiovascular system, eyes, skin, joint health and so on. We also administer many other things to help our son recover. Frankly, our doctor was no help, more of a hindrance really. What I Fould http://www.generationrescue.org/ site and thank God I did. Because of the INF and the links I found here, I started on the way biomedical research and our son has been considerably improved, which a year ago. Our professional instructor is surprised therepy its progress and said things like "guys, he does not like that" and "At the rate he advances, he will not meet the waiver requirements at its next review. Music to my ears. Not every child responds, about 50% and to varying degrees. We now give our flavored peaches 3 years Nordic natural cod-liver oil. We put it in his juice and down it goes no problem. We used the fish oil omega-Cor also marked, it is delicious! Incredible, but I know trust me, its good. Just Google. Purity is an issue only buy the best. Check these sites for more inf. I purchased three without problems. 20Flavored%%%% http://www.autismcoach.com/Fruit 20Code 20Lives 20Oil.htm http://www.brainchildnutritionals.com/Brainchild_Nux.html http://www. kirkmanlabs.com / index.html Read this article by a doctor named Mary Megson. http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/chris/2004/09/20/cod_liver_oil_to_heal_autism_vaccinations.htm Autism is treatable and reversible. Good luck to you.

AUTISM What better a subject or a pole.?

I have a document that must be DUE PSYCHOLOGY 5 -7 pages about how to choose? I would cover causes symptoms What treatments TO HOW Once the diagnosis is made by him and performed by the ETC

I must say that autism. It would be a good topic because the treatments are controversial. For psychology, you can start with "the theoretical refrigerator mom" and work for Dr. Rimland "Infantile Autism". The strangest / treatment is worse "therapy operation" where a parent holds the child and said to the child why they want them. adults with autism really hate ABA because the food is used to modify behavior, but the child did not understand the language and also does not understand what they want them. Hippotherapy involves the use of horses to calm a child. . There is also guilty felt by parents who vaccinated their children than have them suffer a severe allergic reaction such as seizures, which leads to autism. The Autism Research Institute has statistics on the various therapies, drugs, supplements, etc. These data are from parents of autistic children. They are the founders of Dan-DAN, a biomedical approach to autism treatment. So I think that autism is a better paper. The arguments for why each treatment plant will be fascinating.

I heard a doctor say to observe that most NPR Children diagnosed with autism, but are a bunch of kids who have no respect for anything. Anyone agree?

Listen NPR and would really surpirse if that's what they said. I have an autistic child, but I have been diagnosed over 8 years and I can tell you that the children I see are just spoiled in any way. They have made a difference in development that impacts their functioning in all areas, including use language, socialization and behavior. Can you give a date that you've heard that, or the name of the person? Read some of my articles for a preview http://www.ehow.com/members/doban-articles.html

why so many young people have autism?

I'm just curious. When I was a kid, I did not know anyone with autism symptoms of autism was diagnosed. Today, it has become very common. Is it simply because it wasn't diagnosed years ago (Which is hard to believe that children are still signs and behaviors) or has this become a more common condition? In addition, the causes of autism? Is it purely genetic?

For vaccines do not cause autism. My father has been asking the same thing as you. And really, who knows why it is increasing. Although I thought that years ago when something was wrong with a person mentally they just stick them in an institution Psychiatric, so maybe that is part of what we simply can not do that.
