Is it possible vaccine link to autism in the study?

I recently became very interested in the disease known as PANDAS (Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PANDAS). In fact, in some children, it appears that streptococcal infection can cause an immune reaction Junk, where streptococcal antibodies attack parts of the brain instead of the strep bacteria, causing OCD and Tourettes as behavior that can become permanent. Is there a group out there that is studying the idea that perhaps the dead or partially dead genetic material contained in vaccines could be to cause a reaction of this kind, which may be the cause of some cases of autism appear to be related to vaccination? Connections would be greatly appreciated. I can not word properly for Google to help me, so I ask.

No, because it no sense. For the money actually given to investigate something, you have to propose a plausible mechanism. which is really in a vaccine? components of the pathogen? If this caused an autoimmune disease, it is infection by the organism. Admixtures? Alum is not in the body. Squalene, which is used only in Europe, has no link with autoimmune disorders. Small amounts of debris? Naked DNA is harmless. mammalian protein could cause a reaction, but they are below the limits of antigenicity. You need a certain amount of a protein to induce an immune response. Even then, a neurological condition makes no sense. These vaccines grown in cells People are of epithelial origin. They do not have any markers specific neurons. More importantly, autism is not linked to vaccination. This has been studied and there is no correlation. All this focus on vaccines unnecessary hinders research to identify the actual cause autism. Research is actually finding it is largely genetic, with the novel polymorphisms (mutations not in the parents) to play a role. autoimmune diseases caused by pathogens is an area of intense research. Outside PANDAS, Campylobacter infections may cause Guillain-Barre syndrome, Lyme disease can cause an autoimmune reaction, etc.. Basically, the fact that we do attack is exploited. Pathogens that resemble our cells are not attacked by the immune system. If immune cells finally recognize because of tissue damage sufficient to trigger a response, our own tissues are attacked as well. Strep. has been called to do for decades.

Treatment for autism spectrum disorders – disorders Understanding Autism Spectrum

Treatment The ASD

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a spectrum disorder, meaning that no specific symptoms this condition. People with ASD can present a number of symptoms, and each person on the condition will behave differently from the other. Just as the causes of ASD are debatable, there is no definitive explanation for symptoms is. That is why it becomes important to "classify" people with ASD based on a spectrum, which is anything but a measure of symptoms that they suffer.

This spectrum runs from a low-end to high end. People with ASD who have symptoms of many, who take them far enough in the behavior of a normal person, are placed on the lower end of the autism spectrum. People who are placed on the high end are those who have fewer symptoms ASD. They are almost like other children in that their behavior is concerned.

Thus, this spectrum is a way of understanding how mild or severe the patient's condition is. ASD is usually identified in childhood, about 3 years. Once identified, some analytical tests are performed by the medical staff treating the child. Initial tests are an indication of whether the child has ASD or not. These results are not conclusive. If there is any indication, other tests are performed in order to find exactly what the symptoms of autism displays of children. This is when the child is placed on the spectrum, based on the types of symptoms, he or she displays. Treatment For ASD

Here a host of symptoms that children with autism may display. There are early warning signs well. These differ from one child to another, and must be medically confirmed before the child can be called as a child autism. Most children with autism are slow to understand and reciprocation of the language (will not be able to master a word of 16 months and two words by 24 months of age). The child does not want to be hugged or held and will not cry or ask to be removed. Child does not "normally" with toys, or perhaps obsessed with their organization in a particular way. The child will not recognize and people will not understand what they say about him. There may be times when it appears that the child has a hearing impairment.

It is based the presence of these symptoms that children are placed on the autism spectrum, which determines their future course of treatment. However, children with one or more symptoms of this spectrum can become very strong in other areas, which could actually do wonders. For example, a child who can not understand the language could develop a thorough understanding of music and become a genius child.
What should understand is that autism is not the end of the road. The spectrum is simply a measure of how different behaviors of the child is that of her other children.

However, the child may be higher than normal in other areas, which must be identified. Processing The ASD

Parenting – Challenging Child Warning Signs that lead May to Odd (Oppositional Defiant Disorder)

Copyright (c) 2008 Debra Sale Wendler

If your child has ODD (oppositional defiant disorder) or bipolar, you are familiar with the behavior problems of children. If your child shows signs of autism, ADHD or ADD (attention deficit disorder), Asperger syndrome, or PDD-NOS (pervasive developmental disorder – not specified), you can see challenging behaviors.

Five warning signs of behavioral problems of children:

If you think that the difficult behavior your child is something more than being a child, what are the warning signs of a child to full hard.

1. Refused to see in your eyes. This is one of the first signs that your parent-child relationship is in difficulty. He refuses to look in your eyes because you empowers. He does not trust you enough to give you this control. To test this, ask your child to sit next to you while You show him something, for example, a book or an image. Ask a friend or an older child to observe how your child looks at you.

The solution is to repair your relationship. It is rare to find someone who gives advice, step by step on how to do it. The first step is to learn and respect your child's special needs without being emotionally overwhelmed and without catering to his demands. When you learn how repair your parent-child relationship, your child will look in your eyes with respect.

2. Refuses to learn from you. Even your efforts to teach him simple to hold a fork or comb her hair is denied. He decided that you are not trustworthy, and therefore can not learn from you. You test this by asking your child to sit with you as you teach him something, for example, how to draw a tree. If fighting starts, it your warning. When you repair your parent-child relationship, your child will teach him.

3. Moans and complains. No matter how hard you try to please him, he always finds something to complain, for example, the food you prepare. It is an effort you control, pure and simple. Restaurants respond to complaints from parents, food by something the child prefers. Ungrateful child wins again. The next time he will complain even more that he can earn more. Your child's whining and complaining will end when you learn to provide its particular needs.

4. Argued. Everything is a battle, from when to wake up, what to wear and when to go to bed. This chain of day of quarrels and conflicts is rapidly depleting and eroding your relationship. Your child arguing proves that challenges your authority. When he is confident in your authority, he will forgo part of his need to create its own rules.

5. Is opposition. You say now, your child will say never. Oppositional children while questioning, your requests, your rules and your schedule. It's exhausting, and heart broken, and can lead you to want to escape the tyranny of your child. Who can blame you?

Improving Autism Using Nt

Only in recent years have some Neurofeedback (NFB) clinicians worked with autistic children. Success has been rare. Few parents can afford the horrendous cost, and clinicians are reluctant to take on an autistic child because of difficulties encountered.

1. How do you attach sensors to an autistic child? Even using a helmet?

2. If you get a connection, how do you motivate such a child? (The key to success).

3. The cost can bankrupt any family except rich.

Enter Neuroliminal training (NT). The above three problems above are solved in its use. No Mounting the sensor necessary or helmet, or important motivating. Since NT works using a technique of subliminal message that works while you sleep, or as a Background to play or study, it may be done at home using a CD again, and affordable to even low-income families. NT improves the symptoms of autism gradually over time in the same way that the NFB.

Neuroliminal Training (NT) is for autistic exactly the same three things that training does NFB – namely to increase the SMR brain wave, the decline of the find Theta, and increase cerebral blood flow. (The last processing HEG biofeedback that NFB has done this in technical comments). Hyperbaric Therapy has had some success with oxygen also increases, although this relatively expensive.

With tests volunteers and studies, it has been well demonstrated that success rates are very similar for both NFB and NT. The only real difference is cost. For a child with ADHD means to be "cured" (cure being defined in the current NFB circles as "sitting still in class, giving attention to the study, get good grades, and in most cases, the jump in IQ scores) costs $ 4,000. For NT, the total cost is $ 197. (A child with autism requires several sessions over an ADD / ADHD children).

Although I think there is a "continuum" among the easiest to add that the child can not concentrate on the study and an actual child with autism non-disclosure, there is a difference. A person on the autism part of this continuum may have had a real brain damage, while the ADD / ADHD child is likely had little or no. Thus, a "cure" for ADHD is possible, but not for autism.

To improve the symptoms autism, just baby steps "toward a" normal behavior "are what is seen using either the NFB or NT. The good news is that the use continuous improvement continues. It is a long and slow process, and there are several alternative therapies that can be used simultaneously. They are described in the literature NT. These include diet, use of enzymes, probiotics, allergy testing, etc. for free

This brain injury "that is autism as a problem may be caused by different episodes trauma such as excessive mercury toxicity or other minerals, a birth injury or pregnancy, malnutrition continues (or drug substance abuse) by the mother during pregnancy, etc.

Of course, this autistic spectrum is wide and varies with each individual. Not forgetting, the If misdiagnosis. A high functioning autistic child could easily be considered in the ADD / ADHD range. Remember that all doctors must make a diagnosis that will allow them to be paid by insurance carriers, which makes the whole process of diagnosis in derision.

The "accepted" average success rate of Neurofeedback (NFB) (aka GET BF) for ADHD is between 85-90%. I think that much 10-15% of these 'failures' are due to wrong diagnosis of ADHD, where there was damage to the brain, and the diagnosis was autism.

Another part of this failure has to be due to the failure of clinicians to be "good motivators for their patients. Motivation is the key the success of the NFB.

Over 40 years, it was found that, in raising a wave of small brain near the wave Alpha brain (about 13-14 Hz) – named for brainwave SMR), some almost miraculous things happened. We do not "know" the causes of these positive changes, but the theory I put forward in 2000 is that "raising the SMR brain wave changes in some so the effect of allergens on the brain. "(If you look at the mental health problems that are caused by allergens, and compare this list to cures NFB over the past 30 years and over, you can easily see why I came up with this theory ..)

In settings orthomolecular it is well known as allergens, usually unexpected, are the root cause of stress at the origin all mental "illness". There are also plenty of anecdotal evidence that the recovery of the SMR brain wave or "cures" for some allergies, or reduces the effect on the patient.

NASA scientists found that lowering the brain increases the concentration wave theta (attention), and they spend hours "brainwashing" jet pilots and astronauts to lower their theta brainwaves. This became therapy "standard" after the NFB.

However, most clinicians NFB does not know is that lowering Theta, we also low "creativity" or "artistic talent". Of course, in all the attention "cases, including autism, it is not as important as social happiness of children involved. For astronauts, the concentration on multiple dials and displays and controls capacity is essential to their work, and art is easily sacrificed.

In a recent conference, I heard an autistic girl who was a true scholar in mathematics and music. They used an experimental transplant of stem cells from her, and she has improved autistic symptoms dramatically, but it has also reduced its capacity by half learned.

The Autism Theta CD package does decrease, while the SMR over does not work. MRS Plus is one that is recommended for all forms of depression, including PTSD, insomnia, epilepsy, fibromyalgia, etc.

NFB works with a kind of brainwashing beneficial with the spirit aware obtain feedback on what is SMR brainwaves, and trying to raise awareness of this merger wave. (Or decrease the brain waves Theta along with attention problems).

NT also runs a brainwashing benefit arising from the wave SMR brain, but NT uses subliminal messaging instead of using the information of consciousness .. It also reduces the theta brainwave if there are "attention problems (ADHD / Autism). For other brain problems, such as insomnia, depression, epilepsy, PTSD, anxiety, etc. It is not helpful in reducing served brainwaves theta, so it is not. (This is the SMR Plus CD package.)

Dr. Bate is a retired Orthomolecular Psychologist. In 2004, he invented a new sleep therapy which reproduces Neurofeedback. Neuroliminal training (NT) is also effective, and contrary to the NFB, affordable, even low-income families.

Autism: CNS development – birth to early-onset criticism?

During early CNS development infants to three years many connections to the proper functioning of the central nervous system are formed. the density of the brain at birth if exceeding three years or more old. Meanwhile, the links that form a basis for a lifetime of building are taken and these neural connections which are not supported and are discarded. It is possible that during this period and until the early onset of autistic behaviors of many connections that have been made have been established far and were also removed, leaving a disabled CNS becomes observable around three years when the development of autism may be observed first. It is quite possible that a link with autism early may be genetically predisposed leaving basic physical loss of neural network viable for an early stage Childs development. While this may be the case, could genetic counseling based on autism family, be useful for prospective parents who are considering having children?.

absolutely, genetic counseling may be helpful, however, simply because autism is a member of your family, does not mean that all babies are autistic … or even at risk of becoming autistic, and unfortunately, they do not know exactly what it does, it is developed between birth and 2-3 years … and also, unfortunately, it affects 1,600 children born. I still watch all off whenever I can … (My brother 19 years o / is autistic)

Feeding children with autism / ADHD?

We have a grandchild with autism, more like ADHD. He was diagnosed with severe autism at the age of 3. However, it is out (a little), answered questions calmly brilliantly normal, reads well and everything. It is currently 8 years. Its main problem is focus and he could hardly sit still long. We work every day with him on these traits uncomfortable. My question is his plan, he does he recognizes that food (mainly the colors). Most of which are starchy and fatty foods, bread IE, Mac n cheese, corn dogs, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, spaghetti sauce, Pb and jelly, and all breakfast items with irony. He used eating bananas, not much more, and sometimes he still eats apples and strawberries. However, in addition to potatoes no vegetables, fish, red meat, some fruit that I told about it. How can we teach him to broaden somewhat and reduce the starch and fat?

What is he trying to make the food they eat no food like it will? Or do it in small steps? I read a book entitled "The Elephant in the playground ", it comes to raising children with special needs, and she, a parent spoke of how her child would be eat mostly junk food, and she tried to make him eat a peanut butter sandwich, so he can get a little protein at least. It loved chocolate, so she and her husband began to let him taste a bit of chocolate bars, one of them being peanut Reese cups of butter. That went well, so they attempted a piece of chocolate dipped in peanut butter cream. He liked it too, so they moved to Ritz crackers peanut butter (knowing that he loved the normal Ritz crackers). It worked well. The last step complete before the sandwich was toasted with peanut butter, sliced to look like Ritz crackers peanut butter (same size and all). So finally they have until peanut butter sandwiches. So, start small. Maybe try to incorporate beef chopped in his spaghetti, peanut butter and bananas can be frozen instead of (as you say, he used to eat bananas). What Is drink? Does it like smoothies? You can mix a few types of fruit and juice to make a smoothie.

Now solutions to ADD, ADHD and autism brain problem ..

One of the biggest challenges is that many people seniors have been in a relationship that may have lasted for decades. Having to learn the game of seduction may give an uncomfortable feeling.

It is beyond the scope of this article to provide support to the person who, for whatever reason, is unable to let go again. This person may need professional help. This article focuses on the relationship-person loans that do not know where (or how) to begin.

Another obstacle to the senior dating is that there are not too many avenues open to this age group. Singles clubs and bars and clubs are not quite done with this population in mind. Well, the person is an elderly person in a club full of twenty-something years is not particularly endearing, and is open to misinterpretation.

Then there is the feeling, real or imagined that one no longer as attractive as they once were. physical limitations that may inevitably with age complicate things even further. People of the same age group could be more understanding and sympathetic to these limitations.

So, where to look for the elderly only a companion or partner?

While joining a group or club composed of people with similar interests can be a starting point, there is still perhaps not as many available (and compatible) seniors. Dating has always been a numbers game. Cruises and vacation packages for the elderly could cost a fortune, with zero final results.

An option that offers the best value is the top online dating. There are dating services specifically dedicated to helping people over 40 or 50 years to find partners.

Studies by dating sites indicate that the largest segment of online dating (aka internet dating) is the holder of the age above 40. This can be attributed the virtual non-availability of other dating methods open practice for the elderly alone.

Senior dating sites are very assets and are not just for retirees. They are not evil just out to satisfy their cravings twisted. Most people in this age group seek a serious relationship. Plus, you must worry not compete with the young, because they will not be on these sites!

A dating service offers several high advantages over other methods of dating. A big advantage is the ability to search through hundreds of single seniors who all have a purpose, find a mate. All are there because they are available (not guess).

Another advantage is that you can search by geographic area, age, height etc., as well as interest. This greatly increases your chances of finding a compatible partner.

Reputable dating sites are great efforts of your experience mate-finding easier through user-friendly interfaces. They also go to great lengths to protect your privacy.

Top online dating help bring this segment of the population and the comfort and privacy of their homes 24 / 7. The elderly are capable of responding to the Internet without having to worry about physical limitations, losing face, or feeling out of place.

It is not surprising so that senior dating is a growing phenomenon on the Internet. Most of the Top Rated offer free trials. You must give at least higher online dating a try for one simple reason. It works.

For those of you who have had done for autism spectrum disorders, please tell me if it helped you. I'm going for my second session tomorrow. I receive a treatment called alpha-Stim. This is supposed to calm my beta waves and retrain my brain not to be hyperactive.

The results of research for neurofeedback for autism is very promising. Many practitioners neurofeedback report good success with autism. For a discussion of some research to see: For a summary http://www.alertfocus.com/relieve/autism/index.php research. Rob Coben is a prolific researcher and has done some interiews radio. His www.thebrainlabs.com website. He notes that you can get 40% reduction of autistic symptoms in 20 sessions. This result comes from two different forms of neurofeedback.
