How genetic and environmental factors contribute to autism?

I need help! I an oral presentation on autism next Thursday and I'm stuck on this specific subject. I have all the general things down (which Autism is, how it is diagnosed, symptoms, etc.) but I'm stuck on how genetic and environmental factors contribute to autism. If anyone out there can help me it would be great! It is especially useful if someone has children who are autistic. You about the experience. Thank you in advance!
