Diet Autism

Does anyone have an example of wheat and dairy free diet appropriate for a child with autism?
I have a daughter 13 years with autism, it is a wonderful child, and has come a very long way. I read that the Plans wheat free and dairy seem free their bodies from yeast that have been said of "fog" of their brain, and prevent them from expressing themselves more effectively. Thank you in advance for your time.
I found two sites, one is autism Web, which has probably a lot of good information and assistance to food you're curious. You can find a wealth of information on the Internet by searching Yahoo for everything you are looking for. I did research for wheat and dairy products come with Free Diet to these links for you. There are also plenty of information about autism on the Internet, and .. just do a search. I hope things work and how happy your daughter has come so far. hugs
