Dairy Free Diet For Autism

The dairy, no gluten, no sugar diet work for children with autism?
Does anyone have firsthand experience hand with that? I'm looking into it a little more, but the feeling that I could have a little problem with it, favorite foods my son are chicken nuggets and Mac-n-cheese. It is very sensitive to certain textures, such as fruits and vegetables if the scheme could be difficult, I just wanted to see if anyone has tried it and I want to know if they have noticed results.
There is no choice in the matter, it will not be for a short period of time, but it works. Look at Defeat Autism Now (DAN) website. It need not be expensive, but the diet is difficult to maintain between school and family members. If you're committed, so it works and you will see results very soon. expensive testing should not be a part of treatment, unless you want. The common variables are the bread and milk which has an effect of opiates on the brain. Its worth trying for several weeks and then reintroduce one food at both old and you may see a strange behavior. That will only confirm food is causing the sensitivity. I have experience first hand of a child in my life and have undergone postgraduate training. Please Please go in another direction with it, you'll see a difference. The hardest thing to do is remove foods former members of the family and get onboard with you. Best wishes.
