Christmas gift for an autistic child?

I need to buy a Christmas gift for a child 4 years with autism. All ideas. Autism is estimated to scale 8, so he is unable to communicate with us. etc. Any ideas????

Children often have very specific things they are interested, why not ask her mom if she likes nothing specific, I worked with autistic childern who have been especially in Disney, Thomas the Tank Engine, balloons and tear the paper, ASA and often they like DVDs, and history-books are thingst hthat repearted and keep more of the same and more. Thomas the Tank Engine is popular with children with autism, and also useful, because they have faces, but there are expressions lesscomplex humans, therefore easier for children with autism to understand.
