How can I help this child with autism in my practice?

I soon began an internship with a pre-school, they told me that child has severe autism altogether. I was wondering if people could give me some tips on how to make sure that I can include i run in the activities. I also want to assure you that I can plan for it. I have not had experience with children Autism and I'm not really what to expect. I'm meeting him tomorrow, but I was told he has a lot of energy and can not really stay in place! Thank you
