Child is autistic. What Medicaid actually pay for?

I'm looking into chelation therapy. The cost is enormous. Has anyone had to deal with this? If so any and all info would be appreciated. Heard during a long period is that Medicaid has been good for a child with autism. I got it now what can I do with it to help my child?

Chelation is dangerous. It killed people. Please understand what autism really is before jumping into the dangerous treatments.
