Cf Diet For Autism Asperger
Anyone have positive results of the GF / CF diet on their children?
Try an alternative medicine for my child who has Asperger syndrome (mild form of autism) and I want to know what experiences parents can have experience with this regime for their children. What are the foods that the child eat on a Dialy? What is GF / CF specialty foods did they enjoy what I could find in a Whole Foods store? What foods have you bought in a typical grocery store? What were some of the meals that you buy when you went out to eat? If you do have success, he was "wow" incredible success or achievement, but not in comparrison equal to the effort and difficulty feeding. Thank you in advance.
We have had wonderful results from the diet. The key is to do both Parties (gluten-and casein) and be strict about it. If there are any violations, negative behaviors and / or symptoms will return. Our child eating burgers (no bread) and French fries, steak, baked potatoes, grilled chicken, chicken and noodles, chicken nuggets, chips, chips and salsa, spaghetti with meatballs, French bread, chili, beef and vegetable soup, lasagna (no cheese of course), organic peanut butter, green beans, organic corn, organic peas, organic pinto beans, organic apples, organic oranges, pears, organic apples, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, brownies, cereals, cereal bars, pretzels, almond milk (regular, vanilla and chocolate) and La Croix carbonated water flavored lime (we add this to our Stevia and Sprite), and I have some cake recipes peanut butter ice cream and peanut butter I'll try soon. Everything listed above is gluten free, casein, and soy. This is where we get these foods. A Whole Foods Market (formerly Wild Oats), we get: – Wellshire Kids Chicken Nuggets GFCF (bag only States but they are also GF / CF). – Cascadian Farms makes organic frozen French fries, fruits and vegetables. – Muir Glen tomato products manufactures GFCF as spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salsa, etc. – the waffles Van GFCF – GFCF French Bread Mix to Kroger grocery yields: – Almond Breeze Almond Milk – GFCF waffles Van – Enviro Kids Cereal and cereal bars GFCF – Bob's Red Mill makes pancakes GFCF mixes, brownies, flour and all sorts of things for cooking – GFCF cookies (do not remember the name) – Lay's Plain Potato Chips All Natural – All Natural Tostitos Tortilla Chips – Laura's Lean ground beef, steaks, and no hormones or antibiotics – Perdue chicken breast roasted without hormones or antibiotics (You can get it at most grocery stores or Walmart) – Private Selection (Kroger Brand) Organic Peanut Butter – fresh fruit and vegetables at Walmart we get – Organic canned green beans, corn, peas, pinto beans, applesauce – all natural eggs They Carrie Perdue chicken breast and may have Lay's chips as All Natural. In our local health food store, we made noodles with tagliatelle and La Croix water. I suggest take several hours to cover the food stores of your choice. Be sure to read labels. Our local Kroger has worked hard to get in special items we requested. You can find many recipes on the Internet GFCF and a couple of good books you might want to check are plans Special Special Kids by Lisa Lewis, Ph.D. and Special Diet Celebrations by Carol Fenster, Ph.D. We do not eat a lot because you never know what the ingredients in foods. We went to Wendy's and our son gets a small chili and plain potatoes and had no problems. You can see nutritional information on restaurants on their websites. I know that McDonalds lists all ingredients in food products (eg chicken Grilled breast and French fries at McDonalds are not gluten free). Good Luck.
Excellent GF/CF quiche for the whole family!
