Do I have a behavior problem?

It would make sense .. My brother with ADHD, ADD, autism, etc. .. But I noticed Asparagus I can not quite control my behavior sometimes want to scream and scream and run around and have great bursts or energy and feel depressed. I do not think it's just "hormones"?

You may be a problem, depending on your statement that you can not always control your behavior. It might be nothing more than poor impulse control and poor anger management, or it could be a symptom something more serious. It would be logical to see and be evaluated by a mental health professional.
