Why friend is making a website for the Autism / Asperger 's?

My friend made a site for autism / s. It Asperger has a home, login, chat, Contact, Updates, Gallery, Forum and Autism Awareness page. They need ideas for the site. The site www.autismaspergers.ezweb123.com What could they add to these pages. I thought perhaps so that people with autism, Asperger syndrome or related illness that the site could hold that events on the website that people could go and have fun. What should they put on the pages so that people Sign up for the site?

To begin with, unless I missed it why did they site and what is their purpose, I ask only because both of my boys with autism. I think I'll e-mail ..
