Can I help get rid of my autism im ready for whatever it takes to get rid of it?

See my symptom is I never know what to tell people because I do not play video games and I do not have cable, so I do not know a lot of television, like people my age do.I do not like talking. However, if I need something from someone, I'm not going back. I get sinusses severe migraines regularly so that maybe why I like it very much. also people tend I wore the crap out of them. serious im ready to do whatever it takes, I look at people in the eye when I speak, I am a good listener, I learned to drive in two lessons.
