People with autism and Asperger syndrome have a developmental disability?

Or they work like the others? I do not know much either, this may enlighten me a little? Thank you.

It depends. Autism is characterized by a lack of skills Social and difficulty understanding others. Most people can instinctively read other people's body language but the people on the autism spectrum are learn to do. Some people with autism experience severe speech delays and other problems, while others lack social skills and awareness of social norms / indices. These people are not "mental".
