What do you think of neurofeedback?

For those of you who have had done for autism spectrum disorders, please tell me if it helped you. I'm going for my second session tomorrow. I receive a treatment called alpha-Stim. This is supposed to calm my beta waves and retrain my brain not to be hyperactive.
