Help an important decision?

I do not like winter and my children are always sick during the winter months, I decided to move two of Polk County, Florida Humacao, Puerto Rico. My problem is that I want the best for my children (aged 7 and 12 – 12 yo on the autism spectrum PDD-NOS). I will start next year to find a teaching job. Either place, I'll be working as an English teacher. I need your opinion about these two places: positive and negative experiences that if a parent, friend or yourself can have lived. For example: the neighborhood, schools, AVG income, etc. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You do not say where you live so that we can know what kind of winter you want to avoid? If you live by the water does not freeze in winter and moisture can be as much of a problem than cold. Have you thought about Arizona or New Mexico to have both hot and dry? If your son is in a special program, then you want to make sure that the same program or a better quality is available where you move? You should also ensure both your children understand what is happening and why. They have friends and are safe in their current situation. Moving can be disturbed.
