Autism Hitting
if someone with autism hits a police officer?
if a boy or a girl with autism is found by the police for control single (not because there are problems) and key man police or games by shouting or inviading much space and they beat or really hurt them can they obtain written (errested), even if it is because of autism it? and if it is not what happens? and how Can not disrupt the situation if the Polic DONT know they have autism, it's not like you can tell the police, is it? im not say out and not go to jail just because his brother is in jail and he has autism and IM afraid
Order – and very likely. Unless they walk around with a T-shirt saying "Hi, I'm autistic" on this and are obviously "not quite there", then the agent onsite will assume they are a normal person and arrest them for having tried to him. And as for expenses? Well, it can be proved that the person has autism (very easy if they have a report or attend somewhere) and it can be proved that what the officer had been "Accidental" (as in do not intend, but something that causes a reaction) and that the arrested person did not intend either (They just reacted), they should be let off. Of course, proving the last two can be difficult to do. Even with CCTV images, it may be difficult to determine the intent of videos.
