Autism Gluten Diet
Gluten free / casein free yeast may even be free?
You would not have a good list of foods that my family and I can start on this type of plan? My son has autism and he needs to try this diet and I have no idea where to start. Can anyone help me? The gluten-free diet is mainly used for people with allergies and celiac disease, but Gluten / Caesin free (GFCF) diet has proven very useful for children with autism.
