How do I register my child to school if he has no vaccine?

It depends what state you live and what you have to file for exemption / use. All states have medical exemptions, most religious, and many philosophical exemptions have. You do not have to provide proof of membership in a particular religion to produce the religious exemption, it works much more like a philosophical exemption today. Example: I live in California and will be the philosophical exemption to get my non-vaccinated children to school. On the back of the proof of immunization form is a section to be exempt from vaccinations and a box that basically says vaccines are against my personal beliefs. I sign it and my children are exempt.
