advice on respite on autism and epilepsy?
my daughter is 16 and that the two conditions above. I get help, but notes that the house came twice with bruises on her arms, one of incindents was in a garage to keep them, they shot him on the ground by the arm. Social services where involed, but nothing really came of it, just saved by the protection Children Then yesterday, returned the same way because my daughter threw herself on the floor by a fire iron surround while watching caregivers. Again services protection of children are concerned, but I do not know were to go from here! What do you think I should do before something serious could Password? Lee thank you
taught the technique used to cut those involved with learning disabilities is a restriction not mutilate. Everyone must have completed a course MAPPA, it shows you how to prevent an individual without harming yourself or others. I would ask to see these certificates, it breaks the code of practice, anyone who has not done a course MAPPA should not limit, but there should be someone there at any time that can safely contain. Respite is important for parents as you well know. I look at other places to put your daughter in respite. Council should help you to do, any bruising should be photographed by you with a record date of when it happened, also require workers to care for give you a written report on the actions they have undertaken. If this continues it will give evidence against them and give you an example to complain or even continue.
