I want to put up some kind of fundraiser for .. Autism?

In my area, the local gas stations sell things like bracelets, or even if you give a dollar, you sign a shamrock for March of Dimes, or a hot air balloon for Children's Miracle Network. I thought about creating something like a puzzle piece and take all the revenue and donations to groups of autism research. There rules and regulations to make this kind of thing, is there a permit or something I need to get.

You must obtain a solicitation permit from your government local, and permission to any organization you want to raise money for.
