Autism Asbergers Syndrome
Asbergers Syndrome (ASD)?
My son is almost 11 and we are trying to determine if high-level autism. It is under the direction of his advisor. His dad and I feel like when he speaks, it speaks in a foreign language. We are at our wits' end to understand what is going through is mind. I'm looking for a book about autism that lets me peek into his mind and try to understand it better. The Suggestions? Tempest8 … I have been for 11 years to tell his pediatrician something is not right. My son has an early mid Interevention. Children who are high performers are usually not diagnosed until they are much older.
I think I Asperger syndrome and were diagnosed with inattentive ADD primary (WAG 60), he may be ADD? Sometimes when I talk to my father, it goes off on a tangent, so I expect him to finish speaking, but I think if anything to say or something that I talk, so I must focus on this because my memory is poor and ST does not lose the thought. Does he make eye contact much more? I learned that if someone does not make eye contact or you repeat a certain way from time to time they are not really listen to you. Some members of my family are professionals about it, they just choose if you question them bit, but they are not really listening.
