1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla
Milk 1 cup rice
1 / 2-3 / 4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon Coffee cornmeal / flour (optional)
Wisk all ingredients in a bowl. Prepare muffin pan with liners and fill each cup three quarters full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done. Makes 12-15 muffins. Gluten Free diet and autism
