Aspergers Autism In Adults

Why is there controversy about autism Control Act cons? What is it?
Autism is not mental illness, but neuro-biological disorder. But I'm not sure which category would be best for this question. I hope that by putting in the health section mental not offend anyone. If so, I would like to apologize. Ok, what exactly is the fight against Autism Act, and why many Autustic parents of children and many adults with autism against it? Is this act to find ways to prevent children with this syndrome to be born, or intend to simply raise awareness about autism, and provide treatment so that autism can function with more ease in society? Would this also apply to people with Asperger? So does this mean for adults who have lived undetected for years, only to discover at 20, 30, and they have an autism spectrum disorder? Will they be sidelined even longer if autism is finally rid of the future? I am confused and interested to hear both sides. Thank you.
One point that I heard is that some say that the objective of the Act on the "Fight against autism" is to develop genetic tests so that it can be found in the uterus and women may give up. It is not only an insult to all those who are against abortion, but he also feels eugenics. There are others who oppose any cure for autism. They insist on people with autism do not need heal, they need acceptance. Sounds good for people with high functioning, but when you have a 30-year layers, or a child who beats his head bloody, I do not see how you can say such a person does not need a cure. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index; _ylt = Al7aTnDYFYaKhJWibokbYh3ty6IX? qid = 20070204200238AABSp5A & show = 7 # profile-info-AA11247439 As regards the question of whether a child is born with autism or not, 75% of all autistic children showed signs of birth. 25% develop normally for the first year or two, then fall in autism.
